Return Process

Upon arrival, please check your chocolate for any signs of heat damage or shipping errors.

Take clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box/packaging.

Email our team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
- 4.Resolution
We will review your claim and issue a replacement or a store credit refund immediately.
